Trusol specializes in the design, installation and support of Smart Building Systems which incorporate combined Audio Visual, Network and Security Systems.
The clients we support range from schools, leisure operators and large corporates while the systems we design, install and thereafter support for them can vary significantly depending on each client’s individual needs.
Trusol is looking to expand its installation team and seeks two enthusiastic, well-motivated individuals who are potentially looking for a change in career direction and who would benefit from joining a well-established team of very experienced installation and support professionals.
Both of these roles will be offered with a full 18 month training package incorporated (so previous experience is not essential) which will include both hands on-site training as well as industry-approved certification to Level 5 HND, C&G or NVQ, subject to the course which is selected by the two successful candidates and their Line Managers after the first 3 month probationary period.
The roles will involve hands-on training during the first 18 months with all types of installation work. During this period you will have exposure to the installation and commissioning of automated Audio Visual Systems, Fibre Optic & Copper Data Cabling Systems, IT Switching & Router Installations, Analytical IP CCTV Systems, Building Management System Integration and building Wi-Fi Systems.
After successfully completing the 18-month training package as a Junior Engineer, you will then progress your career in Trusol to work towards becoming an Installation Supervisor, Site Manager or Project Manager within either our IT Networking or Audio Visual Support Departments.
Essential Skills/Qualities:
- Hard-working and self-motivated (prepared to take responsibility as required)
- A good team worker and logical thinker
- Good communication skills – able to confidently liaise with peers and clients on all levels
- Enjoys manual working and willing to complete site work as required.
- Flexibility to work variable hours if needed
- Starting Salaries for both Junior Roles – £18.5K to £21K depending on age and previous experience levels.
